Black Widow: Death To Dust by Ryan Holden
The blood is still drying, and his bones are weary. There's no rest for the wicked.

Not twenty-four hours have passed, and Detective George Reynolds's notebook has only just closed on a devastating encounter with a serial killer. An urgent case lands on his lap. An Inspector working houses of parliament protection had been found dead. Drained of all bodily fluids and left as nothing but mummified taut skin and bone.

The killer sent police an ominous VHS recording; the body was drained in sixty minutes. A warning to prompt them to revisit a covered-up investigation.

The crime is heinous, but the root cause is far worse, more than he bargained for. The inspector was the sixth body to fall, with no connections being made until Detective Reynolds gets the case. More troubling is within days, the dead turn from 'Death to dust', leaving no evidence behind. George must uncover how these sick murders connect to a 'party' at the houses of parliament, where women were sexually assaulted, and one died from a drug overdose. To stop a killer hellbent on vengeance.

George is taking another dangerous step into the shadows of the supernatural. While watching his partner, whom he had to save with a 'Bite.'
